Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "user") and Klairvo Technologies Ltd ("Klairvo", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the Klairvo platform, including our website, mobile applications, features, tools, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

1. About Klairvo

Klairvo is a digital platform that offers access to financial, informational, and technology-enabled services. This may include digital transactions, account-based services, data-driven tools, and other products we introduce occasionally.

Klairvo does not guarantee results, financial returns, continuous access, or error-free services. All services are available subject to the applicable laws.

2. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have the legal capacity to accept this agreement.
  • You are using the Platform only for lawful purposes.
  • You are not located in a restricted jurisdiction.
  • You are not on any sanctions or prohibited party lists.
  • You will provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information.

Each user may have only one account unless Klairvo explicitly approves more.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide necessary information. You agree to:

  • Keep your login details confidential.
  • Inform Klairvo immediately if you notice any unauthorized access.
  • Take responsibility for all activities carried out through your account.

Klairvo is not responsible for any losses that result from compromised credentials due to your negligence.

4. Verification and Compliance

To follow applicable laws, Klairvo may require identity verification before granting access to certain services, including withdrawals or advanced features.

Verification may involve:

  • Government-issued identification.
  • Proof of address.
  • Financial or payment verification.

Failure to complete verification may lead to account restrictions, suspension, or termination. Klairvo reserves the right to perform ongoing checks according to Anti Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism regulations.

Klairvo may share user information with regulators, financial institutions, or law enforcement if required by law.

5. Risk Disclosure

Using the Platform carries financial, technical, and operational risks.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THAT YOU MAY LOSE FUNDS, DATA, OR ACCESS DUE TO MARKET CONDITIONS, TECHNICAL PROBLEMS, USER MISTAKES, OR REGULATORY ACTIONS.

All transactions are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

You are solely responsible for determining if the Platform is suitable for your personal or financial situation.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations.
  • Provide false or misleading information.
  • Use VPNs or any methods to bypass restrictions.
  • Engage in fraud, manipulation, or abuse.
  • Interfere with Platform security or functionality.
  • Introduce malware or harmful software.
  • Scrape, copy, or collect data without permission.
  • Reverse engineer or access the source code.
  • Use automated tools without permission.
  • Harm Klairvo or other users.

Klairvo may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action without notice.

7. Third Party Services

The Platform may have links or integrations with third-party services. Klairvo does not control or endorse these services and is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

Your interaction with third-party services is solely between you and the provider.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Klairvo.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for personal, lawful purposes only.

Unauthorized use is strictly forbidden.

9. Suspension and Termination

Klairvo may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you:

  • Breach these Terms.
  • Break applicable laws.
  • Pose a risk to the Platform or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ends immediately. Klairvo is not obligated to restore access or data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."

Klairvo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Klairvo does not guarantee continuous, secure, or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Klairvo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business.

Klairvo's total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount you paid to Klairvo in the month before the event that led to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and protect Klairvo, its directors, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses that arise from:

  • Your use of the Platform.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your infringement of third-party rights.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using Klairvo, you agree to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Policy.

14. Modifications

Klairvo may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted. Continuing to use the Platform means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

16. Dispute Resolution

Both parties agree to attempt to resolve conflicts through good faith negotiation. If a resolution is not reached, disputes may be submitted to arbitration or other lawful dispute resolution methods in Nigeria.

17. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining parts will still be in full effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Klairvo and replace all previous agreements or communications.
