Getting Started

To get started, create an account, verify your email, and fund your wallet. Once you have funds you can create markets or place bets in existing markets.

Deposits and Withdrawals

We support multiple deposit methods. Withdrawals are processed after identity verification and any required processing time. Check the wallet page for current options and estimated processing times.

Account Safety

Use a strong password, enable any available 2FA options, and never share your credentials. If you suspect your account is compromised, contact support immediately.

Common Issues

If you see an error when placing a bet, check that the market is active and that betting hasn't been closed. For conditional markets, betting may be paused if a trigger condition is met.
